Troubleshooting steps
Ensure that only one version of Office is installed on the computer. If there are multiple versions of Office, please uninstall the non pre installed version of Office (usually the pre installed version is Office 2019 Home and Student Edition/Office 2016 Home and Student Edition/Office 365 Home Edition). If there are no Office programs in the computer or if the pre installed Office program is incorrect, please contact the brand computer manufacturer for installation.
